Abstract drawing of flux

I enquire on energy infrastructures and globalisation

I hold a PhD in science and technology studies (STS), and I am a research associate at the Center for the Sociology of Innovation, École des Mines, Paris.

My first book, Exiting the Fossil World, depicts how oil and gas companies are moving through the planet to capture natural resources, territorialize infrastructures and produce variegated forms of globalization.

My second book, Incorporated, draws connections between early globalization in the 17th century centered on resources such as sugar cane and contemporary capitalism producing ruins and toxic residues that threaten life on earth.
